Return Policy
Step 1. Please contact our customer service at sales@loravay.com for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and return address.
Step 2. Please write your Order Number clearly on the outside of package.
Step 3. Please send back all bottles purchased. Send via a shipping method with an online tracking number (as we cannot be responsible for lost packages) within 60 days from the date of purchase. Note: we do NOT accept returns after 60 days.
Step 4. Please reply directly to the RMA email (without changing the subject line) with your return tracking number and tell us the reason for your return.
Step 5. Please allow up to 30 days to process returned packages. Depending on billing cycles it may take up to 60 days for the credit to appear on your account.
