Q: How long will it take to receive my product?
Within the US, we will send your order out to you by United States Postal Service first class shipping. You will receive your product within 7 to 10 business days.
2nd-Day Air Priority and Overnight shipping are available at an additional cost.
Q: Where do I find my tracking number?
We will send you an email shipment confirmation when we ship your order that will include your tracking number. If for some reason you did not get this email or misplaced your tracking number, you can Contact Us directly at Lora Vay.
Q: How do I return my product?
You will first need an RMA number. Please contact our customer service agents for return instruction and a RMA number. Return Policy
Q: I have decided to return my product. How long until I receive my refund?
Within the time frame of our 60-day money-back guarantee, if you are unsatisfied with your product, you can send it back to us for a full refund minus shipping fees. Once we receive your product, in most instances your refund will appear on your credit card within 5 to 14 business days. Return Policy
